Do you deliver with every single employee, from the driver, to the packer, to the mover, everybody delivering awesome customer service? That's the only way that you can own and dominate the market. There's so many different things that can come up. Maybe the person's waiting for the delivery. It's supposed to be there at 9:00 in the morning and at 10:00 nobody called the person, they're not there, you got a problem on your hands. We have to talk about speed. We have to talk about how do we deliver this incredible customer experience. Do you use the customer's name? Do you remember the customer? Do you deliver what I call the awesome customer service? Are your people able to make empowered decisions? A person has another item they need moved. Are you going to have the mover say, "Don't worry about it, ma'am. There is nobody, nobody more important than you. I'm going to handle it." Or are you going to say, "Let me make a phone call. I'm sorry, ma'am. The owner is gone for the week.
